Paris Hilton is all set to have a spectacular wedding.
On Tuesday, the 40-year-old entrepreneur went on The Tonight Show and revealed a few facts about her upcoming wedding. Hilton, engaged to Carter Reum, told host Jimmy Fallon that the wedding planning process has been “very stressful” and that picking a wedding gown is “basically the only thing” she’s done so far.
She said that “It’s gonna be like a three-day affair. We have a lot happening,” further stating that she’s “not a bridezilla at all.”
“Lots of dresses, probably 10. I love outfit changes,” she added, joking that Reum, 40, would most likely stick to one outfit since “he’s not as high-maintenance as I am.”
The wedding will also be recorded as part of Hilton’s upcoming Peacock docuseries, Paris in Love.
“I just feel like for my documentary, This Is Paris, it ended in a way in which, you know, it was amazing but I just feel like I wanted my fans to see that I found my Prince Charming and my happy fairytale ending,” the socialite explained.
After a year of dating, Reum proposed to Hilton on February 13th. On a private island, the couple was celebrating Hilton’s 40th birthday when the author proposed with a mega-carat, emerald-cut diamond ring created by designer Jean Dousset, the great-great-grandson of renowned French jeweler Louis Cartier.
“When you find your soulmate, you don’t just know it. You feel it,” Hilton captioned her engagement photos on Instagram.
“My love and I have been together since our first date and for my birthday, he arranged a special trip to tropical paradise. As we walked to dinner along the beach, Carter led us to a cabana adorned with flowers and dropped to one knee. I said yes, yes to forever. There’s no one I’d rather spend forever with.”
Paris Hilton is excited to start a family with Reum, in addition to looking forward to her wedding day. The actress addressed rumors she was pregnant in a recent This Is Paris podcast episode titled ‘This Is… I’m Pregnant??’
“I am not pregnant.” She said, “Not yet.” “My [wedding] dress is being made right now, so I want to make sure it looks gorgeous and fits perfectly. So definitely waiting for that part.”
“I can’t wait to have children in 2022. But like I said, I am just preparing for the wedding right now.”
