Since Gordon Moore gave the Moore’s Law in 1965, the semiconductor industry is always in the race to fit more and more transistors on a Silicon Chip and make faster and power-efficient computer chips. The 7nm and 5nm chips have hit the market and now they are available on many devices such as Laptops, Desktops, and Mobile Phones. IBM recently unveiled its first 2nm chip with nanosheet technology paving the way for future developments to making this technology commercial. This chip is expected to achieve 45% higher performance and 75% less energy compared to the 7nm processor which we use today. This can yield results such as enhancing phone battery life by a factor of 4x, Reducing the carbon footprint of data centers, and provide faster results with AI workloads. IBM has always been a leader in the Research and Development of Semiconductor Technology such as the implementation of 7nm and 5nm process technologies, Single-cell DRAM, 3D chip stacking, and many more. When the 2nm process technology is fully developed this can allow scientists to put 50 billion transistors on a chip the size of a fingernail.

With a cool, Hot Girl Summer kiss-off, Billie Eilish dumps her former beau in “Lost Cause.”
The 19-year-old pop sensation launched her new track and music video for “Lost Cause” on Wednesday (June 2). Happier Than Ever is Eilish’s upcoming sophomore album, and the song is the fourth single from it.
In the song, Billie sings about an ex-boyfriend who was meant to be there for her on a particular day but wasn’t.
Here’s a short snippet of the song’s lyrics:
“You weren’t even there that day
I was waitin’ on you (You, you)
I wonder if you were aware that day
I sent you flowers
Did you even care?
You ran to shower
And left them by the stairs.”
Eilish admits in the lyrics that she believed her boyfriend had his “s**t together,” but she was mistaken. He’s a lost cause, she says, and their relationship “ain’t nothing like it once was,” she adds, noting that he doesn’t even have an actual job.
Fans have assumed since the song’s debut that it was based on Eilish’s ex-boyfriend, Q (a.k.a. Brandon Adams, better known as the rapper 7: AMP), who was referenced in the singer’s Apple TV+ documentary.
In Billie Eilish’s Apple TV+ film, there are a few instances when her boyfriend at the time, Brandon Quention Adam, either didn’t show up or came extremely late to events Billie invited him to. It’s probable that the pre-chorus references to that.
Eilish stated in the documentary that she “just wasn’t happy” in the relationship.
Eilish said in the film that “I didn’t want the same things he wanted and I don’t think that’s fair for him. I don’t think you should be in a relationship super excited about things that the other person couldn’t care less about. And there was just a lack of effort, I think. I literally was just like, ‘Dude, you don’t even have enough love to love yourself, you can’t love me. And you don’t. Like, you think you do.'”
Eilish even admitted to feeling “lonely” and “miserable” during Valentine’s Day, as per Insider.
Adams addressed their split in an Instagram Story in March 2021.
“There’s always 2 sides to a situation,” he wrote, further stating that he was going through a lot at that time, including his brothers’ death. “Sometimes people disagree and don’t want the same things as one another. It’s on you to understand there’s several points of view to a situation.”

Kelly Clarkson will take over Ellen DeGeneres’ daytime talk show spot in 2022
Kelly Clarkson is all set to take over Ellen DeGeneres’ time slot on the television talk show circuit in 2022.
According to People, the singer’s NBC show, “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” will take the place of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show,” which will end its 19th and final season in 2022.
The president of NBCUniversal Local, Valari Staab, told The Hollywood Reporter that “These are remarkable achievements for a talk show in its second season. We look forward to Ellen DeGeneres’ 19th season paired with Kelly Clarkson for what is sure to be a blockbuster year. By 2022, ‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’ will be the star of our daytime entertainment schedules and an asset to our early afternoon newscasts.”
Clarkson’s new talk show is owned and produced by the syndication arm of NBC. The Hollywood Reporter reports that the show is expected to move into DeGeneres’ spot in the fall of 2022.
While talking to The Hollywood Reporter, executive VP of NBCUniversal Syndication Studios said that “‘The Kelly Clarkson Show’ is one of the most optimistic success stories in first-run syndication. It is a treasured part of NBCUniversal Syndication Studios offering and we are proud to partner with the NBC Owned Television Stations group to continue the show’s success.”
Clarkson, who is 39 years old, won the first season of “American Idol” in 2002-03. In April of 2003, she released her debut album, “Thankful.” According to The Hollywood Reporter, NBC has broadcast her talk show on 200 stations in major markets across the country.
DeGeneres, 63, confirmed on May 11 that the 19th season of her show would be her final one. Her statement came nearly a year after the programme was dogged by accusations of workplace toxicity, according to People.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, this followed a BuzzFeed article published on July 16, 2020, alleging “an overall toxic work culture” that included allegations of racism and unfair firing. Variety published an article in April on how legacy crew members were treated during the coronavirus quarantine. According to E! Online, some employees said they were dismissed after taking medical leave or bereavement days, and that executive producers showed bias to them.
Despite the criticism, DeGeneres said she loves the show fondly, which premiered in 2003.
Talking to The Hollywood Reporter, DeGeneres said “It’s going to be really hard on the last day, but I also know it’s time. When you’re a creative person, you constantly need to be challenged — and as great as this show is, and as fun as it is, it’s just not a challenge anymore. I need something new to challenge me.”
Buy The Dip!
It sure has been a roller coaster ride in the crypto world for the last few weeks and now we are seeing a market that is recovering from a dip, or is it? It is amazing to see how our favorite entrepreneur Elon Musk has gotten into crypto and boy has he shaken the industry. A single tweet from Elon is driving up and down the crypto markets but it is not limited to tweets only, In February 2021 Tesla bought $1.5 Billion worth in bitcoin and later said that it is accepting bitcoin for Tesla payments which also drove the market over the moon and brought stability to the market. Musk also drove the market and brought immense fame to the crypto market with the legendary tweet that read, “DogeCoin to the moon” which gave rise to a lot of memes and increased the Market Capital of Crypto and especially dogecoin. None the less the same Tesla has now said that it is not accepting crypto over environmental concerns of bitcoin mining and the latest of this story is that Elon is now talking to North American Bitcoin Miners over the environmental concerns which again has brought stability to the market. The crypto world is highly volatile right now, one should only invest with caution and the amount which he or she can afford to lose as also stated by Elon Himself that “Cryptocurrency is promising, but please invest with caution” Before his SNL live on 7th May 2021.
