The legend Hans Zimmer and insanely talented Camila Cabello have teamed up for the new track “Take Me Back Home” for the docu-series Frozen Planet II. The song will reportedly premiere on BBC Radio 1 on Aug 26.

The news was shared with the first look trailer for the Sir David Attenborough-narrated series. The series takes you through earth’s enchanted icy lands with the environmental challenges that the wildlife is facing there.
